Return PolicyAt ABCpap.com, we strive to help you select the right mask or accessories to make your PAP treatment as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. To avoid this issue, please be certain of sizes and features of the items you are ordering prior to placing your order. Please contact us if you have any question or concerns about your order. We will accept returns on merchandise sold on our website that have manufacturer's defects. If the item you purchased is defective, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization. The customer has 7 days after delivery to request a Return Authorization by: E-mailing us at: customercare@abcpap.comOR Calling our Customer Service Department: 1-877-361-7378 The item must be received by ABCpap.com within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization in order to be eligible for a refund. The amount refunded will be the purchase price less a restocking fee of 25% of the original price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned to ABCpap.com at the customer's expense. Shipping InformationFree Shipping on orders over $100ABCpap.com offers free UPS Ground shipping for orders of $100.00 or more before tax has been applied. This offer only applies to orders that are being shipped to destinations within the United States of America. When you place your order, we do our best to provide you with an accurate quote for the SHIPPING & HANDLING fees. We will notify you via email should a change be required. If you select United States Postal Service for Priority Mail, you will save a few dollars for shipping items that weigh up to 1 lb. If you select Next Day Air service using UPS for shipping on a Friday, it is expected to be delivered the next business day (Monday). When shipping larger, light items domestically, there may be higher fees when selecting Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select, due to dimensional weight rules imposed by the shipper. International orders will be shipped via UPS, and the cost will be determined based on current UPS rates. We will notify you of the shipping and handling fee via email before we ship the package. If there is a difference in expected shipping charges, you will be notified by email. If the address you provide is incomplete or incorrect based on shipper's requirements, you may be subject to an additional charge for providing incorrect or incomplete addresses, including but not limited to suite numbers, apartment numbers, zip codes, business names and city names. Prescription DetailsWhether you are purchasing an Auto PAP, Bi-Level or CPAP, a prescription is required in order to complete your order. The prescription should be faxed to us at 1-866-721-8481 and should include the following general information: For example: CPAP or Continuous Positive Airway PressureExample:10 cm/H2O - indicates a fixed pressure setting all night of 10 centimeters of water Auto PAP uses one of the following terms "APAP", "AutoPAP", "Auto CPAP", "Auto Adjusting CPAP", "Variable CPAP" or "Self-Adjusting CPAP" Example: 7-14 cm/H20 - this indicates that the device will vary between these two set pressures Bi Level also known as BiPAP, or VPAP. This device provides two fixed pressure settings, an Inspiratory setting (I) and an Expiratory setting (E) Example: 16 I / 12 E - Also may be shown as 16cmH2O / 12cmH2O. This device will only provide for two settings, which may make it easier to exhale against the flow of incoming air BiPAP Auto by Respironics Example: Auto-Bi-level device with an inspiratory pressure of 17 cm H20 and an expiratory pressure of 14 cm H20. NOTE: If you would like us to set the "ramp" time (the time it takes you to fall asleep) or the exhalation relief setting (C-Flex or EPR feature on certain devices), this should be indicated in the prescription as well. Prescriptions from overseas are accepted, as long as the pressure settings can be determined.
